Some parts of your printer are at the end of their service life

PRINTER PARTS  ARE AT THE END OF THEIR SERVICE LIFE

I.  ERROR INDICATORS
a.)  This error is indicated by the alternate blinking of ink button and paper jam or on button.

b.)  You can also see an error message in the Status Monitor saying "Some parts of your printer are at the end of their service life."

II.  EXPLANATION
This happens when the printer reaches its maximum number of prints. Whether you use original cartridges or the ink system, a maximum number of printouts has been set for the printer through its internal counter.

III.  HOW TO SOLVE IT
We don’t advise you to reset the printer counter on your own because there might be some parts that need cleaning or replacement. Kindly bring your printer to any of our branches so we can reset it for you.

IV.  HOW TO AVOID IT:
We cannot really prevent this problem from happening. We’ve seen this error occurring as often as weekly (if you print thousands of pages per day) or as seldom as one-year if the printer usage is minimal. Probably one thing we can do is minimize printing wastage and avoid turning the printer on and off because this adds to the counter value.
