PRINTER NOT READY TO PRINT
I. ERROR INDICATOR
You can see the following message in the Status Monitor.
II. EXPLANATION
This happens when there is a connection problem between the printer and the computer, such as when the printer is off or the USB cable is not properly inserted.
III. HOW TO SOLVE IT
1.) Check if you selected the right printer to print. To be sure you can select the printer as default.
2.) Check your USB Cable if it is properly connected.
3.) Check your Power Cable if it is properly connected.
IV. HOW TO AVOID IT
Make sure that you select the right printer and there are no problems with the printer connection.
